Who we are — and who we are not

AtlasVector is a quantitative markets-research and financial-intelligence company. We build software that aggregates market data, runs quantitative and AI-driven analysis, and presents research tools. AtlasVector also operates a proprietary trading business — systematic strategies run exclusively for our own account, executed through licensed third-party brokerage firms. To users of this site and the AtlasVector application, we are not:

• a registered investment adviser, financial planner, or wealth manager;
• a broker-dealer — we do not execute, route, or handle securities orders for you or any client;
• a commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, or swap dealer;
• a fiduciary — no advisory, agency, or client relationship is formed by your use of AtlasVector;
• a provider of legal, tax, or accounting advice.

No content on AtlasVector — including signals, conviction calls, house verdicts, screeners, risk analytics, portfolio views, alerts, or conversational answers — should be understood as a personalized recommendation. Before making any financial decision, conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial adviser — and where relevant a qualified tax or legal professional — who can evaluate your individual objectives, financial situation, and needs.

Proprietary trading & conflicts of interest

AtlasVector runs proprietary quantitative trading strategies exclusively for its own account, executed through licensed third-party brokerage firms. That activity uses only AtlasVector's own capital. It does not involve, accept, or manage client money; it offers no brokerage, custody, clearing, or order-routing service to any user; and it does not make AtlasVector a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary to you. Nothing about AtlasVector's own trading creates any obligation to trade on, refrain from trading on, or update any output shown to users.

Conflicts of interest. Because AtlasVector trades for its own account, AtlasVector and its personnel may hold, acquire, or dispose of positions in the instruments that AtlasVector research, signals, verdicts, or other output cover — before, during, or after that output is published — and AtlasVector's own trading may differ from, or be inconsistent with, published output. AtlasVector output is generated by automated systems from general market data; it is not produced to benefit AtlasVector's positions, and it is not an inducement to trade for AtlasVector's benefit. It is research — not a solicitation.

Autopilot — simulated today, built for live

Autopilot lets AtlasVector agents act on their own signals: when you switch it on, they place and manage orders automatically — today, exclusively in the simulated (paper) environment. Fills are simulated, balances are hypothetical, and no real order reaches any market. Every disclosure in "Simulated results" below applies in full to Autopilot output.

Where this is going. AtlasVector is being built toward a full trading platform — research, verdict, and execution as one auditable pipeline. Subject to the required registrations, licenses, and regulatory approvals, AtlasVector intends to offer live execution: Autopilot orders carried out on your behalf through licensed third-party brokerage firms and, potentially, in time, through a brokerage operated by AtlasVector itself. Any such service will launch under its own terms, disclosures, and account agreements, and only for users who expressly enroll. Until that day, no AtlasVector feature places real orders, and nothing on this site is an offer of brokerage services or a guarantee that any future capability will launch.

AI-generated analysis

Much of AtlasVector's output is produced by automated, statistical, and AI systems, including large-language-model agents. Such systems can be wrong: they may produce analysis that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, may misinterpret data, and may present plausible-sounding conclusions that do not hold. AtlasVector engineers for verifiability — figures that cannot be computed are shown as unavailable, synthetic values are labeled, and reasoning is exposed for inspection — but no engineering removes the possibility of error. Independently verify anything you intend to act on. Never rely on automated output as the sole basis for a financial decision.

Market data

Market data and third-party content may be real-time, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable depending on the source and entitlements, and can contain errors, gaps, or outages. AtlasVector labels the state of its data (see data sources) but does not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete, timely, or fit for any purpose. Data is provided for personal, informational use only and remains subject to the terms of its sources.

Simulated results, backtests & hypothetical performance

All trading surfaces in AtlasVector operate on a simulated (paper) basis — no real orders are placed and no real money is at risk within the platform. Any performance figures, paper-trading records, backtests, win rates, or track records shown are hypothetical or simulated unless explicitly labeled otherwise.

HYPOTHETICAL AND SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE INHERENT LIMITATIONS. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent real trading. Because the trades have not been executed, results may under- or over-compensate for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity, slippage, and fees. Simulated programs are also designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance — actual or simulated — is not indicative of future results.

Risk warning

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all invested capital. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Leveraged and derivative instruments — such as options, futures, and margin products — magnify both gains and losses and are not suitable for all investors. Nothing on AtlasVector constitutes an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful. The service is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would contravene local law or regulation; if that applies to you, you must not use the service.

No warranty; assumption of risk

The service and all of its output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtlasVector and its owners, employees, and contributors disclaim all liability for any loss or damage — including trading losses and lost profits — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its output.
