Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AtlasVector — the portal, the application, and every related feature (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Disclaimer & Important Disclosures, both of which are incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What AtlasVector is — and is not
AtlasVector is a quantitative markets-research and financial-intelligence platform. It aggregates market data, runs quantitative and AI-driven analysis, and presents research tools for informational and educational purposes only.
AtlasVector is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary, and does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. No advisory, brokerage, agency, or client relationship is created by your use of the Service. Nothing in the Service is an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument. All trading functionality within the Service is simulated (paper) — the Service does not place, route, or execute real orders.
AtlasVector also operates proprietary quantitative trading strategies exclusively for its own account, executed through licensed third-party brokerage firms. That activity uses only AtlasVector's own capital and is separate from the Service: it does not involve client money, does not make AtlasVector your broker, adviser, or counterparty, and does not provide you any brokerage, custody, clearing, or order-routing service. AtlasVector does not accept, hold, or manage user funds or securities and does not execute transactions on any user's behalf. Because AtlasVector trades for its own account, AtlasVector and its personnel may hold, acquire, or dispose of positions in instruments that the Service's research, signals, or other output cover — before, during, or after that output is published — and AtlasVector's trading may differ from, or be inconsistent with, published output. See the Disclaimer for the full conflicts-of-interest disclosure.
Autopilot. When you enable Autopilot, AtlasVector agents may generate and automatically execute orders within the simulated (paper) environment only — simulated fills against hypothetical balances. No real order is placed, routed, or executed, and no real money is at risk. Automated simulated execution remains a research feature subject to everything above: it is not advice, and its results are hypothetical.
The platform AtlasVector is building toward. AtlasVector intends to become a full trading platform. Subject to obtaining the required registrations, licenses, and regulatory approvals, AtlasVector intends to offer live order execution — including Autopilot orders executed on your behalf through licensed third-party brokerage firms and, potentially, in time, through a brokerage operated by AtlasVector itself. Any live-execution service will be offered under separate terms, disclosures, and account agreements, and will require your express enrollment. Until then, every order in the Service is simulated, and nothing in the Service — including this paragraph — is an offer of brokerage services or a commitment that any future capability will be offered.
2. Assumption of risk; your decisions
Output from the Service — including AI-generated analysis — is general information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong, and is not tailored to you. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for evaluating any information before acting on it, for every investment or trading decision you make, and for all resulting gains or losses. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of principal. Consult a licensed financial adviser before making financial decisions.
3. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account; notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, probe or disrupt its operation, or attempt to access it, its systems, or other users' data in unauthorized ways.
- Do not scrape, harvest, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or output except as expressly permitted in writing.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or regulation, to infringe the rights of others, or to develop a competing dataset or service from our output.
- Do not misrepresent AtlasVector output as personalized advice — yours or ours — when presenting it to any third party.
5. Market data & third-party content
The Service includes market data and content from third-party sources. Such data is licensed for your personal, informational use within the Service only; it may be real-time, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and is subject to the terms of its sources. You may not redistribute it. Neither AtlasVector nor its data sources warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and none of them accepts liability for decisions based on it.
6. Simulated performance
Paper-trading results, backtests, and any performance statistics in the Service are hypothetical or simulated unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations, do not represent actual trading, and are not indicative of future results. See the Disclaimer for the full disclosure, which applies to every performance figure in the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service — its software, models, design, and content — is owned by AtlasVector or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research. No other rights are granted.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ATLASVECTOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) ATLASVECTOR AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL — INCLUDING ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SERVICE OR ITS OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (b) ATLASVECTOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; where that is the case, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AtlasVector and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service or its output; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any financial decision you make or transaction you enter into based on, or after consulting, the Service.
11. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that risks harm to the Service or other users. Sections 2 and 5–10 survive termination.
12. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and AtlasVector regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction there, to the extent permitted by the mandatory laws that apply to you.
